Filip Novakovic
Immigration Specialist and Co-Founder
Born on September 1st 1985 in Zenica, Bosnia-Herzegovina (former Yugoslavia), Filip grew up in the midst of the civil war. He immigrated to Quebec as a war refugee with his mother in 1995.
Filip continued his education in Sainte-Foy, from elementary school to Université Laval, where he studied political science. He speaks Serbo-Croatian, English, Spanish and French. An entrepreneur from an early age, he has co-founded several businesses, including Thai Express and Belle Province.
From 2015 to 2024, he was political advisor and campaign co-director for Joël Lightbound, Member of Parliament for Louis-Hébert.
Passionate about history, technology and nature, Filip has also been a volunteer with the Club Lions Sillery-Sainte-Foy-Québec since 2016.
